Bacon-Spinach Salad

This is a great and easy salad. I am picky when it comes to salad and I really enjoy this salad!

 4 slices bacon, diced
 1/4 C white or cider vinegar
 8 oz spinach
 5 medium green onions, chopped
 2-3 t sugar (use 3 tsp if you like a sweeter dressing)
 1/4 t salt
 1/8 t pepper

1. Cook bacon in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. (Do not drain bacon fat.)
2. Stir in vinegar; heat through; remove from heat.
3. Add spinach and onions to bacon mixture.
4. Sprinkle with sugar, salt, and pepper.
5. Toss 1 to 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted.
