Jambalaya

Easy, easy, easy!!


Ingredients:
 1 T onion powder
 1/2 t salt
 1 t pepper
 1/2 t red pepper
 1 t garlic powder
 1/2 t thyme
 1 lb sausage, sliced
 1 lb chicken, diced
 2 C rice
 4 C water


Instructions:
1. Brown sausage; drain grease, but do NOT rinse pan.
2. Cook chicken pieces; remove.
3. Add sausage, chicken, salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic, thyme, and water.
4. Bring to a boil; add rice.
5. Lower to simmer; cover for 15-20 minutes or until cooked.
